Born Tashwan Gabbidon in Kingston, Jamaica, Intence was destined for the studio and the stage and his natural talent was further cultivated by his musical background with his father Stephen Gabbidon, a well respected sound man and performer exposing Intence to the world of dancehall from an early age.
