This has always been on our list of must have changes for Serato DJ - Especially for DJs that play multiple genres, now you can color your Hip Hop crates in a different color from your Dancehallcrates. This is a great benefit for users who have a larger Serato library - locating crates by color and not so much focus on the name.
Show In Crate
Now you have the ability to right click a song and it shows you all the folders that song is located in - This will help you to jump through songs faster and also remove the song from unnecessary folders.

is a great software, they have certified their brand as professional and reliable, however they are lacking in features compared to other softwares like rekordbox. We would love to see improvement to the sample bank - improvement such as a sample patch where you can save groups of sample and reload sample banks by the grab of a patch.
Ayetian is a Jamaican-born Dancehall artiste of Haitian descent, raised by parents who fled Haiti by boat in search of a better life. Emerging from Western Jamaica, he is quickly being recognized as one of the young Dancehall talents poised for a major breakout in 2025.
His momentum surged with the release of his hit single “Balance,” produced by DJ Mac and released on December 26. The track has already surpassed 2.6 million views on YouTube and has become a must-play at local Dancehall parties. Beyond Jamaica, “Balance” is making waves across the Caribbean, including strong rotation in Trinidad and Guyana.
In his first major interview with Anthony Miller of Entertainment Report, Ayetian shared that while he left school with 11 subjects, he made the deliberate choice to pursue music full-time. The decision is already paying off, as his sound and authenticity continue to resonate with fans at home and abroad.
Proud of his roots, Ayetian expressed deep admiration for Haiti and revealed his desire to perform there one day, as well as to shoot music videos on Haitian soil. While acknowledging that life in Jamaica has provided his family with greater opportunities, he shared that his parents are farmers who own acres of land. Ayetian himself sells farm produce to help fund and support his music journey.
